2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our Website, whether by:
Consumers
Sole traders
Trade professionals
Businesses
Where you are acting in the course of business, certain consumer protections do not apply. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Orders & Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where pricing errors occur.

4. Pricing & VAT
Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT, depending on your selection and customer type.
VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are not included in product prices unless stated.

5. Trade Accounts & Pricing
Trade pricing is available to approved customers only.
We reserve the right to withdraw trade pricing or close trade accounts at our discretion.
Minimum order values, volume discounts and credit terms (if any) will be confirmed separately.

6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, force majeure events or circumstances outside our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds
Consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Trade Customers
Returns from trade customers are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to:

• Restocking fees

• Return carriage costs

Certain items (cut-to-size, special order, clearance) may be non-returnable.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
You must notify us of damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty products.

10. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
Images are for illustrative purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website remains our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
