Delivery terms differ for trade customers vs consumers. Trade-specific terms are outlined below where applicable.

Trade returns are subject to approval and may include restocking fees. Cut-to-size, special order, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Local / Regional Exceptions
Certain postcodes may experience 1 extra day - displayed at checkout.
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders after this time are dispatched the next working day.

Trade customers can view their order history inside the portal.
Simple 30-Day Returns
If you change your mind, return unused, unopened products within 30 days for a refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Submit a return request via our Contact page or the Trade Portal.

2. Receive your return label and instructions.

3. Send the item back or arrange a collection (fees may apply for bulky items).
Faulty or Damaged Items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund immediately.
Many branded items carry manufacturer warranties. Please check individual product pages for details.
